……by the sea…in a green oasis…in the heart of ancient Siponto… Il Camping Tellina is perfect for anyone looking for a carefree holiday by the sea. Here in beautiful surroundings you can relax. During the day, swimming, sunbathing, walks down the long sandy beach; as the sun sets, romantic bonfires, delicious food, friendly faces.Direct access to the sea: the campsite is right next to the beach. There are no roads to cross, so children can play freely and it is very easy to look after them. We allow you to choose the pitch you prefer for your tent or caravan. All our pitches enjoy the shade provided by eucalypti, weeping willows or secular pines.
Caravans for rent:We have some very comfortable caravans for rent. These must be booked in advance. If you are looking for a holiday in the open air but don’t have all the equipment you need for camping, this is the solution. Our caravans are for two to six people. They have their own kitchen, fridge, tables, chairs. And if you rent one we will give a reduction on the hire of beach equipment.
Services: At the reception you can deposit your money and personal belongings. We can give you bus and train timetables, tell you where to hire a car and answer any question you might have about the tourist attractions in the region. Camp site activities: You can spend your days here swimming or fishing, playing volleyball or football, taking boat trips or just sunbathing on the golden sand. For children there are two playgrounds right next to the beach.
Beach equipment:Free access to the beach where you can find beach umbrellas and anything else you might need. We offer our guests a 30% discount on all items.
The cafe on the beach: This is the focal point of the camp’s social life, where you can have an aperitif or a late-night cocktail and sit and enjoy the music in good company. We even have free dancing lessons.
Eating:The campsite is a family business and we are proud that much of what we sell in our shop is homemade and traditional.
Markets:Every Sunday there is a small market on the campsite where you can find typical products of the region and anything you might need to make your stay more enjoyable. There is also a big open market in Manfredonia every week, which sells almost everything.
